What is Sky Star Program?
The Sky Star Program is designed for frequent flyers of US-Bangla Airlines to make their journey more rewarding launched in 2016. Customers will have enhanced travel experience enrolled in the program through accumulating Points (also called Sky Star Miles) which may then be redeemed for air travel or other rewards.
What is Sky Star Mile?
The Sky Star Mile (called Reward Miles) is counted based on air distance flown to the routes of US-Bangla Airlines.
When will member receives a membership card?
After completing the first journey with US-Bangla Airlines Sky Star member will receive physical membership card. Alternatively, member will get all the benefits by using digital card.
What do I do when the card lost or stolen?
Simply member need to contact nearest US-Bangla Airlines sales offices.

How can a customer become a member of Sky Star?
- The membership is absolutely free of charge and a passenger can join this program any time through filled up the form. Forms are available at sales counters, check-in counters, on-board and online (www.usbair.com)

Membership Categories
How many categories of Sky Star membership program?
Sky Star offers Four Categories of membership program: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Titanium.
How does a member can keep membership status to Gold, Platinum & Titanium?
Member need to retain the same status by earning the required flights in a calendar year (January-December).
