Notice about the Pandemic Prevention Requirements for Passengers of USBANGLA Airlines Dhaka-Guangzhou flights
In order to effectively respond to the "SARS-CoV-2 Omicron" variant crisis, as per requirements of pandemic prevention and control, passengers flying from Bangladesh to China by US-BANGLA Airlines Dhaka-Guangzhou flights from now on need to participate in a 7-day closed-loop management. Please visit the official website of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh (http://bd.china-embassy.org/eng/) for relevant requirements and information on applying for health codes, testing institutions, quarantine and closed-loop management etc.
COVID protocol and quarantine requirements may be subject to change. Please pay close attention to the notices issued by our airline and the Chinese Embassy in order to ensure a smooth travel experience.
For entry purposes by CAAS circular and follow the requirements are given bellow with effective from 26-Apr-2022 until further instruction:
Important Information for passengers:
1)All fully vaccinated travelers after completion of 14 days can enter Singapore without any quarantine.
2) Passenger have to carry QR Code scan-able Vaccination certificate with name as per passport, passport number or date of birth, Name of the vaccination, Vaccination date, Country name of vaccination.
3) Fully vaccinated passenger do not required any RT-PCR test to travel.
4) For Non-Vaccinated except child below 12 years requires RT-PCR test.
5) Fully vaccinated travelers are not required Entry approval.
6) Singapore citizen and PR holders are not required Entry approval.
7) Work permit holder on IPA in CMP sector construction, shipyard and process sector need to obtain entry approval until 30 April.
8) Unvaccinated/partially vaccinated need to obtain Entry approval.
9) Mandatory E-Health Declaration or SG Arrival Card is required within Three days of flight departure. from link mentioned below:

As per Government Announcement, all the passenger valid visa from Bangladesh can enter Malaysia from 01-May-2022. Please find the summary for your convenience :
Travel Requirements –
1) All valid Visa holder can enter Malaysia
2) “MytravelPass” approval is not required for Valid Document holders.
3) Must download “Mysejahtera” App in mobile and complete pre-departure form
from traveller option before 24 hour of flight departure.
4) Vaccinated passengers quarantine:
Full Vaccinated passenger do not require any kind of quarantine (Below 17year old
passenger do not need Vaccination)
5) Partially or Non-vaccinated passengers quarantine:
Partially Vaccinate or non-vaccinated passenger required quarantine for 5 days.

Travelling from Bangladesh to Dubai, UAE; we shall ensure that the passenger(s) comply with the following:
1. Hold QR code approval granted by the Federal Authority for Identity and
Citizenship approval (ICA) OR an approval granted by GDRFA to enter the
United Arab Emirates (UAE); For the holders of residence visa only (links

2. Present a valid vaccination certificate(s) that reflects the completion of
doses of vaccine approved by the WHO or the United Arab Emirates (UAE),
provided with QR code System

3. Present a VALID Negative Covid-19 Test certificate that is issued within the
valid time frame, namely, (48) hours from the time of collecting the sample
to departure of the last flight to Dubai and from and approved health
service, which use QR code System.

1. Passengers entering to Maldives are NO LONGER required to present a PCR
negative test result upon arrival if the individual(s) have completed the prescribed
dose(s) of a Covid-19 vaccine that is being approved by the Maldives Food & Drug
Authority or by the World Health Organization (WHO) Emergency Use Listing (EUL)
and at least 14 (fourteen) days have passed since. (Booster dose(s) are not required
to be eligible for this exemption).
2. Children (above one year) who are not eligible for vaccination and individual(s) who
have not completed the prescribed dose(s) of a Covid-19 vaccine, will still be
required to present a negative PCR upon arrival to Maldives, for which the sample
for the PCR is taken at most 72 (Seventy-Two) hours with the flight departure time.
3. Tourists who spend their holiday in tourist facilities in inhabited islands are NO
LONGER required to do a PCR test when departing from respective inhabited
islands. (In Spite of that, above one year passengers who are not eligible for
vaccination and individual(s) who have not completed the prescribed dose(s)
of a Covid-19 vaccine will still require PCR negative test result)
4. Submit the Traveler Health Declaration form online via IMUGA portal
(https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/ethd) within 24hrs prior to departure from the first
port of embarkation. Bring 3 copies of confirmation while traveling.
5. Must hold a valid passport with a Machine-Readable Zone (MRZ).
6. A genuine pre-paid hotel booking.
7. Confirmed return or onward ticket together with necessary visas.
8. Work Permit Holders and Maldivians are required to do a PCR test for Covid-19
between 3-5 days of arrival to Maldives

Travelling from Bangladesh to Kolkata, India; we shall ensure that the passenger(s) comply with the following :
• ully vaccinated passengers traveling from Bangladesh don’t need Pre or Post RTPCR COVID test. Travel date should be after 14 days of vaccinated.
• If the passenger is not vaccinated or child over 5 years old without vaccination need
to proceed for RT-PCR COVID test report valid with 72 hours of departure.
• Quarantine not required on the destination.
• All passenger should submit a self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal
before the scheduled travel and upload their COVID Vaccine Certificate or negative
COVID-19 RT-PCR report on Air Suvidha portal :

Immunity Status :
Fully Vaccinated :
Anyone who received any of the following COVID-19 vaccine approved/recognized by the Ministry of Public Health within its immunity validity period:
• Valid for nine (9) months from fourteen (14) days after 2nd dose or booster dose vaccination of Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zenica COVID-19 vaccines.
• Valid for nine (9) months from 2 weeks after the 1st dose of Jansen & Jansen COVID-19 vaccine; or valid for nine (9) months from seven (7) days
of receiving the booster dose of Jansen & Jansen COVID-19 vaccine.
• Valid for six (6) months from fourteen (14) days after the 2nd dose or booster dose of conditionally approved COVID-19 vaccines, where
a positive Serology on Antibody Test lab result is required and is valid for 30 days from testing; If the traveler is unable to take a Serology Antibody
test in the country of origin or if the Antibody test result appear negative, the traveler must undergo relevant quarantine for 5 days; Those who
received booster dose using MOPH approved vaccines immune status is extended to nine (9) months from seven (7) days after the booster dose
and Serology Antibody test is no longer required.
Recovered :
Anyone who had a medically confirmed COVID-19 infection acquired either locally or overseas is considered to have immune status valid for nine (9) months from the date of the infection. There should be an official and verifiable laboratory test result as evidence of the past infection.
General policy :
1) Unvaccinated children below the age of 12 years travelling with fully vaccinated or recovered parent/s will follow the same rules that
apply to their parent/s and are not required to have a pre-travel PCR test but only post-arrival test (Rapid Antigen Test) at the following locations:
a. Citizens and Residents: at any public/private clinic within 24 hours of arrival in Qatar but must sign an Undertaking form.
b. GCC Citizens (non-resident) and Visitors: if parent/s are exempted from quarantine, testing for children will be at the port of entry
(airport, land, sea) upon arrival in Qatar; if parent/s are subject to hotel quarantine, testing will be at the quarantine hotel.
2) Non-residents of Qatar must register via the pre-travel registration system for people entering the State of Qatar on ww
w.ehteraz.gov.qa website and upload all relevant official documents, where applicable, such as vaccination certificates, evidence of
previous COVID-19 infection, serology antibody test results (for conditional vaccines), and PCR lab result at least 3 days before arrival.
Although uploading the PCR test result is not mandatory during the electronic pre-registration process, travelers who are required to
have pre-travel PCR test, must present the original copy of the PCR test result to the airlines in order to allow them to board the plane,
or at the country’s ports (land and sea). Your pre-travel online registration will help accelerate your passage and clearance at the port of
arrival for a better arrival experience in Qatar.
3) Travelers should download the Ehteraz mobile application and activate it on their mobile phones using a local or international SIM card.
4) All passengers must sign an Undertaking and Acknowledgement Form before arriving in Qatar. The form is available on the Ministry of
Public Health website, pre-registration platform website www.ehteraz.gov.qaand airline online booking form. Citizens and residents are
exempted from this requirement on the condition that they are fully vaccinated inside the State of Qatar arriving from one of the
countries to which Standard Health Measure apply.
5) Travelers who are required to complete quarantine in a hotel quarantine facility must book a Welcome-Home quarantine package
through Discover Qatar’s website https://www.discoverqatar.qa/welcome-home/.
Travelling from Bangladesh to Kolkata, India; we shall ensure that the passenger(s) comply with the following:
• Fully vaccinated passengers traveling from Bangladesh don’t need Pre or
Post RT-PCR COVID test. Travel date should be after 14 days of vaccinated.
• If the passenger is not vaccinated or child over 5 years old without
vaccination need to proceed for RT-PCR COVID test report valid with 72
hours of departure.
• Quarantine not required on the destination.
• Random 02% pax will be selected for "Rapid Antigen Test" and shall be
required to undergo a self-paid confirmatory "Rapid Antigen Test" on arrival
at CCU airport. [Cost 490/- INR to be paid.
• All passenger should submit a self-declaration form on the online Air
Suvidha portal before the scheduled travel and upload their negative COVID19 RT-PCR report on Air Suvidha portal Or Upload a vaccination certificate.

Travelling from Bangladesh to Muscat, Oman; we shall ensure that the passenger(s) comply with the following:
01. Vaccination : All passengers aged 18 and above (Except Omani nationals) are required to present a vaccination certificate indicating that they have received at least two doses of approved COVID-19 vaccine. Second Dose of Vaccine must be received before 14 days of travel.
02. Health Insurance: : All Passengers (Except Omani nationals) need to have a health insurance covering the COVID-19 treatment in Oman with one-month validity.
NOTE: RT-PCR Negative Certificate is no more required to Enter in Oman
Addition 01: All passengers who are outside of Oman more than 180 Days must have NOC from Oman authority to re-enter with valid visa.

Following the government guidance and instruction, with effect from 25 April 2022, Travelling to Bangladesh of All type passengers of International Flight; we shall ensure that the passenger(s) comply with the following:
Vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine : Travelers completed full dose (single/double dose as applicable for a full dose) of WHO approved Covid-19 vaccine can enter Bangladesh with the official proof of certification of vaccination and no RT PCR based COVID19 negative certificate is required.
Not vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine : Travelers without having full dose (single/double dose as applicable for a full dose) of Covid-19 vaccine can enter Bangladesh if they possess RT PCR based COVID-19 negative certificate done within 72 hours of departure time.
Passengers below 12 years of old:No RT PCR negative certificate is required for incoming passengers below 12 years old. However, they will have to observe the same health formalities that will apply to their family members on arrival.
Filling up of online Health Declaration Form (HDF): An online Health Declaration Form (HDF) shall be filled up by each
passenger within 3 (Three) days of their departure for Bangladesh. The
filled-up form, which has QR code, can be downloaded and printed.
